Hi, I'm Lynn MacDonald a recovering high achieving workaholic who woke up in burnout and realized that if I kept doing what I was doing my body was going to start shutting down on me. Not to mention, my social life was non existent. It was as if I forgot how to have fun!

I went on a quest to turn my life around and that's when I discovered high performance coaching. It helped me get clear on what I wanted and gave me tools to help me get there.

It was so profound that I decided to become trained in it so that I could pass it on to other overachieving workaholics who are done with hustling and ready to have a meaningful, fun and exciting life!
